When you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address, phone number and information about your project.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver work you have asked for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers), only as needed and under confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and any legal record-keeping period afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing operations@bluerose29.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
